In the Mount Elgon constituency, within the vibrant community of Bungoma County, a shining beacon of inspiration has emerged in the form of James B. Kiming. A former stalwart of the Police Department for over 25 years, James has seamlessly transitioned into a new chapter of his life as a key figure at the Kimobo SDA Church.

His unwavering dedication and exemplary leadership within the church’s Construction Department have not gone unnoticed. James has become a role model for many, showcasing his ability to lead with grace and determination even after retirement. While some security officers struggle to find their footing in the civilian world, James has embraced the opportunity to make a lasting impact within his community.

The Kimobo Church has been the perfect platform for James to continue his legacy of service. His passion for construction projects has been instrumental in the success of various initiatives, but challenges still remain. The church committee is in desperate need of donor support, particularly for the completion of crucial projects like the church’s roof.

Despite these obstacles, the community has rallied behind James and his team to ensure that their vision becomes a reality. The spirit of solidarity and dedication that James embodies has inspired others to lend their support and expertise to the cause. Together, they are working tirelessly to see the completion of these vital projects, knowing that the benefits will extend far beyond the church walls.
