While in Nyamira county opposition leader Raila Odinga where he launched the ODM grassroot registration exercise, here Odinga called on Kenya kwanza administration over its heavy taxation policy according to Raila it is hurting Kenyans.
Odinga has slammed the government saying that has failed in governance, and fallen short in the promises it made to Kenyans during the campaign trail.
Now Odinga has promised to issue a statement on the recommendations on Thursday, the report drafted by National dialogue committee has seen to create split in the oppositions camp ,now government express support calling for the urgent implementation.
Among the areas the national dialogue committee agreed include, creation of the opposition office with two deputies, entrenching prime cabinet secretary position in the constitution, Senate over side fund, ward development fund and cdf, now experts hold that the committee disregarded pressing public issues and just delt into solving political issues.
Citizens across the country are still urging the government to lower the cost of living, saying they are undergoing hard times in fulfilling their daily basic needs.
