The e citizen platform has faced resistance from different stakeholders where as government officials have come in it’s defence, according to the principal secretary for broadcasting and telecommunication, professor Edward Kisiangani says that the Kenya kwanza administration has made profit upon the government’s plan of harmonization of government services through e citizen platform.
The broadcasting and telecommunication PS says the government will continue with the plan regardless of the resistance from what he tamed the cartels.
The high court halted the program with further direction which is expected to be issued today on Tuesday.
The PS spoke during the opening of Data driven cities in Nairobi , has urged all city planners to incorporate the use of data in their planning task to ensure that cities are not crowded,as a result of poor planning,
