With the 4-nations tournament on the way, Harambee stars have intensified their final training as they will be having a tough opener on the 23rd of March where they will be facing the host, Malawi at the Bingu National Stadium.
This tournament is of great importance to the Harambee Stars following the FIFA international break, as it will shape them in their readiness for the 2025 World Cup qualifier and 2026 qualification campaigns for the 2027 AFCON tournaments.

Kenyan athletes both in the women’s and men’s teams did not qualify for the next level in the 100 M race meanwhile the country’s first athletics medals arrived in the form of silver and bronze in the men’s 300 m steeplechase after Amos Serem and Simon Kipop finished second and third respectively in a race won by Debisa Firewa of Ethiopia.
