Former ANC chair joins Ford Kenya party

Ford Kenya party has continued to attract more support from defectors who have left their parties in Western region, after it had been regarded as the most famous party for now in the region, particularly in Bungoma county.

Amani National Congress party which has been under the prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi has been putting arrangements to be folded to join the ruling party UDA, the decision that is still in progress has led to some of ANC supporters in a crossroads.

Some of Ford Kenya leaders in Bungoma county have indicated thet they have started a specific campaigns to register members before the 2027 general elections.

The former ANC chair from bungoma county spoke while in kimilili saying that he has reached the decision of leaving ANC after finding out Ford Kenya party has objectives to strengthen itself more compared to Amani National Congress party.

Ford Kenya secretary general John chikati who is also a member of Parliament for tongaren constituency has held that the party never again be disrupted saying that they will not allow to be thrilled by some of leaders from other parties, whose interest is to di stabilize Ford Kenya party, chikati was speaking during a session with youths from Trans Nzoia county at his residence.
