The nation concludes Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month with a focus on increasing awareness of mental health issues to prevent suicides.
This urgent message was emphasized during a meeting at Muthaiga Rotary Club in Nairobi County, where members highlighted the lack of awareness and timely treatment for individuals with mental illnesses as contributing factors to the rising suicide rates.
The inauguration of Flora Kinuthia as the new President of Mozaika Rotary Club, along with the Board of Directors, highlighted the importance of mental health awareness within the community.
