Gachagua was speaking at ST. Stephens Kinangop catholic church in Nyandarua county, on Sunday while attending a church service, this being his second appearance to the public since the appointment of new cabinet secretaries, saying that the region is happy about the cabinet picks.
The second in command says as the region they will still focus in contributing for the Kenya kwanza administration, for the benefits of all citizens from the region.
In answering claims of him being a tribalist leader, Gachagua says he is only determined to fight for the interest of the mount Kenya region, because he was elected to do so.
He has also urged citizens across the region to pile more pressure to the members of Parliament, for them to champion for the one man one vote one shilling narrative which Gachagua says will great impact to the region.
