The Ministry of Health is set to inaugurate a training workshop aimed at human resources directors from various ministries, departments, and disciplined forces on Tuesday.
This workshop will highlight the benefits package of the Social Health Authority (SHA) and introduce an employers’ portal created to facilitate a seamless transition for public sector employees.
Harry Kimtai, the Principal Secretary for Medical Services, will officiate the event at the Kenya School of Government (KSG).
The focus of the training will be on understanding the SHA benefits package, which is essential for enhancing the welfare of employees in the public sector.
Additionally, the workshop will provide insights into the new employers’ portal, which is designed to streamline processes and improve access to information for human resources personnel.
Participants will gain valuable knowledge about the mechanisms in place to support employees transitioning to the new system under the Authority.
