The Business Laws Amendment Bill addresses several critical challenges, notably improving investment, consumer protection, export support, and tax simplification for manufacturers.
Yesterday, in alignment with these reforms, the ministry gathered private sector representatives, to review the draft bill in preparation for the upcoming public participation phase.
The private sector notes that the effective implementation of this bill, if passed, will rely heavily on the prompt development of regulations to support its enforcement.
