According to the farmers, the fertilizer they purchased was adulterated with stones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several members of the Kakamega County Assembly have leveled accusations against\u00a0the county&#8217;s administration alleging exploitation of the farmer&#8217;s predicaments. In addition, they have emphasized the necessity of taking decisive action against\u00a0the individuals implicated in the fraudulent\u00a0enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the county government has mounted a staunch defense of the product attributing the controversy to the regional political dynamics.
