The latest changes made to some of the nominated cabinet secretaries, were read in parliament by the speaker of the national assembly Moses Wetangula, where the former environment cabinet secretary Soipan Tuiya, being transferred to the ministry of defence.<\/p>\n\n\n

Former defence cabinet secretary Aden Duale was being transferred to the ministry of environment, Forestry and climate change.waiting to vetted by the national assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Former trade and investment cabinet secretary Rebecca Miano, was assigned to take roles as the attorney general,but her name was missing in the list of the Parliament, president William Ruto’s decision to omit Miano’s name from the list of nominees has sparked public speculation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier there were allegations that Miano declined the roles she was assigned,but asked the head of state to assign her with lighter duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questions emerged from the floor of the house whether the nominated cabinet secretary were going to be vetted for the second time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
