The Ministry of Health is set to inaugurate a training workshop aimed at human resources directors from various ministries, departments, and disciplined forces on Tuesday. <\/p>\n\n\n

This workshop will highlight the benefits package of the Social Health Authority (SHA) and introduce an employers\u2019 portal created to facilitate a seamless transition for public sector employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry Kimtai, the Principal Secretary for Medical Services, will officiate the event at the Kenya School of Government (KSG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The focus of the training will be on understanding the SHA benefits package, which is essential for enhancing the welfare of employees in the public sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the workshop will provide insights into the new employers\u2019 portal, which is designed to streamline processes and improve access to information for human resources personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will gain valuable knowledge about the mechanisms in place to support employees transitioning to the new system under the Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event underscores the Ministry’s commitment to equipping HR directors with the necessary tools and information for effective management of human resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
