His remarks follow complaints from many patients, who say they haven\u2019t been getting treatment at various health facilities, as they\u2019re being asked to pay their bills in cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Health reports that over 12 million Kenyans have signed up for the Social Health Authority, with the government adding that 1,442 hospitals have signed contracts.
