The recent turn of events involving prominent figures who adamantly declared their opposition to President William Ruto is a perfect example of this ever-changing landscape.One such figure is Prof. Makau Mutua, who in 2020 boldly proclaimed that he could not work with Ruto. Fast forward to 2025 and Mutua finds himself in the unexpected position of Chief Constitutional Adviser in the Office of the President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
