Bare Abdi, and Nagenye Mohamud Dahir, in connection with ongoing investigations into procurement irregularities and fraud related to the construction of a twin workshop complex at Matili Technical Training Institute (MTTI) in Bungoma County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation revealed that the company, in collusion with public officials, irregularly inflated the original contract value from Kes. 29.3 million to Kes. 59 million, resulting in an overpayment for services not rendered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-background-color has-white-color
