ODM National Chairperson Gladys Wanga made the statement during a rally in Dandora, Embakasi North Constituency, stressing that the party will not accept anything less than a 50-50 arrangement in government. Her remarks come at a time when Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has been urging leaders from smaller parties within the Kenya Kwanza coalition to dissolve their outfits and join UDA.

In an interview with Tandao Television,Mudavadi described ODM’s position as part of internal democratic processes within the party.ODM has also renewed calls for the government to implement the NADCO report, which outlines a ten-point agenda including compensation for victims of recent protests.
