As President William Ruto continues with his development tour of the Western region, discontent has emerged from Bumula Constituency in Bungoma County, where four ward representatives have raised concerns over being left out of the visit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Members of County Assembly (MCAs), all elected under Kenya Kwanza-affiliated parties, have openly criticized what they term as selective inclusion in the presidential itinerary. They argue that despite their political alignment with the ruling coalition, their region was overlooked during the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the leaders, Bumula Constituency has several pressing development needs that warrant national attention, including poor road infrastructure, inadequate health facilities, and limited access to clean water. They say the President\u2019s visit would have provided an opportunity to highlight these issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
