In Kimilili Constituency, over 200 individuals with disabilities received mobility assistive devices during an event held at Amutalla Stadium. The initiative aimed to improve their independence and quality of life. Organizers, including local community leaders and health workers, collaborated to provide these essential devices and raise awareness about the needs of people with disabilities. Participants expressed gratitude for the support, which empowers them to navigate their daily lives more easily.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative, led by parliamentary aspirant Abdulaziz Mulama, provided wheelchairs, crutches, and walking sticks. Mulama highlighted the need for better accessibility to such devices, stating that many individuals face significant challenges without proper mobility aids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMobility devices enhance dignity and allow individuals to access education and healthcare,\u201d he said, urging leaders to prioritize the needs of persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
