Mumias East legislator , Peter Salasya,is a “wanted man,” after he allegedly threatened to kill Kakamega resident magistrate, Gladys Kiama, who delivered a ruling at the Kakamega small claims court, directing a business man paid a sum of 500 thousand kenyan shillings he is owed to.
The MP however denied the charges in the court, claiming that it was he that was owed by the said business man to a tune of one million shillings, however the resident magistrate Gladys kiama ruled in favour of the claimant, ordering the MP to pay up.
A police report states that around a half past one on monday the first time member of parliament , confronted the resident magistrate outside the courtroom threatening to kill her ,before taking off, this was after the resident magistrate delivered the judgement.
The MP has however denied the claims, saying that he wasn’t present at the scene at the time of the confrontation adding that this is a political reach
