Koome’s remarks was described as a hind for the judiciary to work in favor of the ruling government compared to his predecessor David maraga who showed his efforts to work as per the constitution of Kenya, now constitutional experts are warning that the dialogue may lead to lack of the freedom of the judicial system.
Koome’s dialogue with president William Ruto has been also described as the one to blur other arms of the government.
Now the opposition has also opposed the dialogue between the two arms saying that it may lead the country into a dectortaship state, recently koome accused the executive of creating anarchy in the country by accusing judiciary in public.
