While speaking in lake Naivasha resort during the institute of satisfied forum which brought together members of the county public board wiper party leader Kalonzo musyoka said that president Ruto’s instructions to legislators is dictatorial faulting the government over high cost of living.
Kalonzo has said that there is increase in corruption cases saying that the cases has potential of wounding the integrity of services offered by government institutions, wiper leader quoted the report published public service commission PSC in December which revealed 1280 public officers were found to have forged their academic documents.
Kalonzo has also hinted that president William Ruto is sabotaging the National Dialogue Committee alleging that the head of state instructed members of Parliament to throw out the agenda on the high cost of living.
Members from the county public board who were present called for financial autonomy in order to run their duties and ensure good governance in county government.
