Speaking at the Word of Faith Church Bethesda in Webuye when he attended the Easter Service and helped to donate funds to complete the construction of the Church.
Lusaka said, Referral Hospitals in Bungoma and Webuye are severely affected and he said that although negotiations are continuing it is good for the Healthcare services to return to work and serve patients who are going through a hard time at the moment.
Additionally, Lusaka praised the action of the President to accept the ceremonies of power to be held in Bungoma County saying that there has been development including the completion of Kanduyi Sports Field, the famous Malumu Lodge, Webuye Airport among other projects.
The Minister of water in Bungoma County Government Herbert Kibunuji and Chief Officer in the Ministry of Health Dr Margarine Mayama which procedure with him, he emphasized the issue of education while the preacher of the Church Salim Wanyama, asked parents to protect their children well during the holiday.
