Over 4.5 million students who are current beneficiaries of the school feeding program to seek alternative to cater for their needs or they will be forced to stay hungry in schools in the upcoming financial year. Dr. Belio Kipsang pleads with members of Parliament to restore the financing.
Dr. Belio Kipsang recent presentation to National Assembly about the yearly budget revealed a bunch of eye opening facts, leaving un-answered questions. Why?

1.A deficit of 15.4 billion shillings
2.Nation wide strike by jss teachers staging a demand of employment on pensionable terms.
