Western region supports coastal government

Education stakeholders from western region, have supported some of the coastal governments to ban the legality of muguka plant in the region. They Intend all 47 counties to follow the trend.

Speaking after the meeting that brought them together in Bungoma,the activists led by John Mukenya of BCCRN,said that the use of muguka has greatly affected the level if studies in the country.

The statement was supported women chair in the region, Ummy Maloba who says that health has become a concern for many residents, as muguka is sold in every market in the country. Saying this will affect the future generation.
