Beside leaders accusing deputy president Rigathi Gachagua over his sentiments of uniting mount Kenya region.
The second in command has maintained his position over the championing of one man one vote one shilling narrative, Gachagua says his policies will benefit the region from the Kenya kwanza administration, which he said they gave it full support.
Gachagua spoke while opening a pharmaceutical conference in Mombasa, he urged those who were present not to be embarrassed about where they were born. Relating his statement to what majority leader Kimani Ichungwa,accused him over his calls for unity of the mountain, Ichungwa referred to Gachagua’s alleged remarks as village politics.
While in Tharakanithi county interior cabinet secretary Kithure Kindiki, in a vision 2030 conference on public sensitisation forum, called on Gachagua to stop what he tamed divisive politics.
This is a third warning from interior cabinet secretary to the second in command, Kindiki has said if the deputy president continue with his calls, then he will be dividing the nation at large, the CS says as the government, they will not tolerate any divisive politics Among leaders.
