According to Kiambu senator Karungo Wa Thang’wa who has said that there must be establishment of a special a special court that will handle petitions which challenge government policies this is after president William Ruto’s remarks that judicial officials are sabotaging government’s projects.
Karungo has said that he had already written to the Senate by outlining the intentions of amending both the high court and judicial service commission acts to establish a court similar to the environmental and employment court.
His remarks was echoed by Gitonga Mkunji the manyatta member of Parliament, the leaders were speaking while conducting the construction of affordable housing projects in Ruiru Kiambu county.
On the other hand UDA secretary general Cleophas Malala has accused Azimio leader Raila Odinga, where he says that the opposition leader has no moral authority to lecture president Ruto on judicial independence.
