After Winning the first round of the battle in the court as he challenged the housing levy, where by the court declared it unconditional, Busia senator Okiya Omtata now says that his life is in danger after president William Ruto’s sword remarks on Saturday.
While in Mosocho kisii county president William Ruto stated that individuals are frustrating governments plans and he will deal with them until he achieve the Kenya kwanza administration plans.
Omtatah says president Ruto’s sword remarks are basically based on those who went to court to seek justice, Omtata now has accused the president over threatening of killing him with others for their move.
Busia senator says he took a step on Sunday to go and report the matter to a police station, but here Omtata says he was frustrated by the police and was not able to record the statement.
Omtatah took the matter at Mosocho police station in Kisii county, and here he was able to be given an OB number, 03/19/12/2023 the police told Omtata to record his statement with a senior officer because of his status in the society.
