ODM party leader Raila Odinga who was in the ODM party membership registration in parts of coastal region, has accused the Kenya kwanza administration for embarking on state capture of independent institutions including Parliament.
Odinga said that government’s policies are sponsored and not debated but just passed to be the law.
The opposition leader claimed that in just one year the law makers have passed policies which were to be rejected that include the controversial housing levy.
The secretary general for ODM party who is also the senator for Nairobi county Edwin sifuna, questioned the executive about the deal signed with judiciary during their meeting in statehouse.
Odinga said that as ODM party they are aiming to make sure the party receives more supporters from the region, as they prepare to have a party election in April this year.
Today the ODM party brigades are heading to Kwale county, before winding up the coastal region tour in Taita Taveta, Mombasa on Friday and Saturday.
