Residents of Matungu Constituency have received a significant boost in education after secondary school bursary cheques were issued under the NG-CDF program.The ceremony, held at the Matungu NG-CDF grounds, was led by Member of Parliament Peter Nabulindo and brought together education stakeholders, local leaders, parents, and students united in the mission to expand access to quality learning opportunities.

Addressing the gathering, Nabulindo highlighted how the bursary program continues to ease the financial burden on families, ensuring that learners pursue their studies without interruption. He reaffirmed that education remains a cornerstone of societal transformation and prosperity, pledging that no deserving student will be left behind.

The MP urged school administrations, parents, and beneficiaries to use the funds responsibly to improve academic performance and secure brighter futures for learners. He also commended President William Ruto for his leadership and development efforts nationwide, pledging his support for the President’s re-election bid in 2027.
